How to gain 7 pounds in one meal.

Leave it up to Disney to come up with a dish that if you eat the whole thing, you are not going to fit into that sexy outfit you love. And leave it up to Disney to make it taste good enough that you might not want to fit into the outfit.

There is a lighter version but why trifle with it when you can have enough calories to see you through the most strenuous of days, a day with the kids at Disney. It is called the Crystal Palace Breakfast Lasagna. Consisting of waffles, pastry cream, custard, pancakes and pound cake it is sure to put on a pound just by reading this. Of course you can take the cowards way out and use pre-made but why when you can glory in the full complications of making it. May I remind you Daffy Duck said "I may be a coward but I am a live little coward." Not Disney, I know, but if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and has feathers like a duck, it must be a relation of Donald the Duck and know of what he quacks. Or there is a short cut version out there with less calories, taking only waffles, pancakes and cream to make.

Oh and lets not forget the fruit. It is healthy for you. There is fruit. The Other Half just looked disdainful and said "It needs a drizzle of chocolate instead." Indeed why try to be healthy. I would personally leave the fruit in. You might attempt to at least get some of the 2 servings a day. My mother would claim it balances out the rest. Of course the woman drank Diet Coke with her butterscotch sundae too.

It consists of [I suggest saying this very rapidly. Auctioneer style. Perhaps your diet coach or dinner guests won't notice parts]

Haven't scared you off yet? You want to see this recipe? In full glory including the fruit, no chocolate: Crystal Palace Breakfast Lasagna [by Disney]

And if you need to burn it off, I have some wood that needs chopped.
